[gps-talkusers] Some New POIs for Sendero GPS

Hello everyone,
We have updated some of the POIs for some countries.
There were some POIs missing in some of the (RMF map) POIs in certain
countries, and some state POIs missing from the USGS POIs.
Countries that were not affected are Australia, Canada, Hong Kong,
Malaysia, Singapore and the UK.
Here is a detailed description of what files have been updated.
Country:USA
File:400USA_Geological_Survey_GNIS_BONUS_POIS.zip
POIs Missing: Alabama, Alaska and Rhode Island GNIS POIs.
Internal Changes: Instead of all files being in one directory now
each BPI file is in its own state directory, which should make it
easier for you to find your own State file now, and explain some of
the other BPIs which were in that file.
