Hi everyone from a returning list member. Haven't been on the GPS-Talks Users list since 2002 or so when I owned the PC version of GPS-Talks. I hope that this request has not been beaten to death. I've already searched with Google as much as I can. Can anyone tell me of any plans to get GPS-Talk/Sendero GPS to run on a PocketPC device other than the BrailleNotes? I really hope that this is in the works. I currently have an HTC Kaiser, which is a very high end PDA phone. Windows Mobile 6, 400mHz processor, 128MB of RAM, 8GB flash, 3G cellular data, and, most importantly, an integrated GPS receiver. I love everything that I've seen about the user interface and performance of Sendero's solution, but I just can't imagine running it on a BrailleNote with an external GPS. I already have full pockets, and hauling around a pack with additional gear just isn't going to work. Plus, the mainstream PDAs are so cheap and powerful now, that they should be able to run this software. And who wouldn't want GPS on a phone-sized PDA that is always in their pocket? If nothing is in the works, what is needed? Money? Programming assistance? Wayfinder Access is kind of what I want, but the user interface in that application just doesn't have the power of the solutions that I've seen from Sendero. Does anyone have any news or rumors to share? Bryan
