Hi Charles. There are various examples of this issue with the maps for Quebec and New Brunswick. Unfortunately I can't give exact coordinates as my computer crashes upon encountering one of these intersections. The closest I can get to one of these occurrences is: 

Lat: 45.195084
Long: -73.419076
Rue St.-Jacques. The town is located about 20 miles from the NY State border. The issue isn't really important to me, but I'm still curious if anyone has run into this.
