Well, grin, I haven't even gotten that far. For, I, too, am still looking
for that quick start guide. Oh, I take that back, I'm looking for the info
for the receiver for the PK. Or, maybe that's the quick start guide you are
talking
about as well? When I go to the CF card and find the receivers
directory, I find info for a serial earthmate and two Magellan receivers.
Also, while I'm at it, in reading the installation info in the GPS manual,
it seems to indicate that we put the CF card in the unit first, and then do
the 1 2 3 reset with the CF card in there, and then run that GPS install
program. Is that correct?
And, seeing as I've only used the Sandisk CF wireless card on the PK, I'm
sure having a time getting these CF cards out. Anybody got any tips on
that, as it took me fifteen minutes the first time I tried.

Still no luck. The .exe file won't unzip on my pc. Am not sure what's
happening. I never had trouble installing any gps version before. Should
there be a .zip file somewhere?

Debra,
Normally, the program is zipped up when it is emailed to you. If so, you
need to unzip it on a PC first before you can install the exe on the
BrailleNote.
