Hello,

feel along the apex strap and you will find the plastic to adjust the
straps length.   Take the belt clip of the receiver and slip the strap
through it just above the plastic peace, then rap the small velcro
straps around the Apex strap.  This is how I have had mine for months
and have not lost the receiver.  The receiver will be in a diagonal
position.
