[gps-talkusers] An issue when creating a poi in 2011.1 for apex

When I try to create a poi I receive a cancel message after inputting my
info. Not sure why this is and there was no error message. I tried
creating the poi from address look up and placing my virtual position at
the address. I had the same result for both attempts.
