I just wanted to share a similar experience that I had that might help resolve or provide answers to the issue. I had somebody put in a piece for me in a different program and then exported it as XML. When I opened the piece in Lime, it played it an octave lower, and the Braille output showed the correct sounding octave, however, the piece showed on the staff correctly in the G clef. When I had a couple of eyes to look at it more closely, he discovered that the G clef had an octave sign attached with it indicating that the piece should sound an octave lower. The issue remains that the Braille output went with the sounding of the piece instead of the written part. So, I guess that the problem you are having might have something similar in this regard. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Dancing Dots" <billlist1@xxxxxxxxxxx> To: <goodfeel@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Friday, July 02, 2010 1:59 PM Subject: [goodfeel] Re: Things Don't Match Up Hello, Dani, That sounds strange. I'm writing out parts and am noticing a curious thing happen between Lime, JFW, and the Braille output. When I'm writing out a percussion part, the Braille output doesn't match what Lime plays and JFW speaks. For example, when I input a C4, Lime and JFW play and say C4, but the Braille output shows and embosses D3. How do I fix this? I'm using JFW 11 and lime 9.03.
