Hi Sharon, a great drink that is anti inflammatory is Turmeric Ginger and Cilantro. I throw in apples for taste. I have had inflammatory condition in my lungs and body for years. since using this such relief. I also just started using a Ayurvedic mixture with turmeric that tastes good and is easier than making the drink. If you would like more info I can get you the contact info. I was introduced to turmeric when I studied in Nepal. The Shamans in Nepal had me take turmeric with hot water 3 times a day. I was able to hike and climb with no issues. I am located in Queen creek. I've been researching about it's anti inflammatory properties as my joint in my hands have been getting really bad that I can't even open a water bottle due to inflamation and I am only 43. If anyone else has had success with this I am open to all suggestions. I have removed sugar, wheat, dairy and I am trying to quite caffeine. I drink ginger water/tea and Kambucha I've tried different oils too. I am getting desperate and do not want to get a prescription for it. Thanks Sharon Green0717@xxxxxxx
