According to *Issue #295 *Child Category should be in the same row as
Parent Category to make button visible to user all the time without
scrolling down.
If we do so it will change the flow of execution, so instead of putting
Child category in same row as Parent Category I had reduce the size of
table to make button visible all time without scrolling down as per
instructed by Prajkta Patkar.
