[glideplan_swproj] Plugin unloading

Hi,
we were discussing this with Tomas after the meeting today and we
agreed that supporting plugin unloading is not really necessary.
This also means that it's not necessary to remove registered file
types, probably menu items and later settings. This will also simplify
the plugin manager (no need to keep the QPluginLoader instance)...
If anyone sees some problem with this, please write it ASAP. I plan to
remove it this evening together with the CoreInterface and IPlugin
changes.
