I hope this message finds you all in great spirits! At this time I am sending
out a contact list, which should is inclusive
of your name, physical address, email address, and contact phone number. We
are sending this out to strengthen
the bonds of communication amongst us as well as to update any information we
may already have from you. After
filling out the list I have sent to you (as an attachment), please send it
back to mnapper@xxxxxxx We would like to have
as much completed and updated information as possible. In addition, if you
know of anyone that would like to added
to our listserve our would like to be notified about future events, please
send their contact information to me as well!
