Good morning! I hope you are all enjoying this gorgeous weather!
Next Monday, February 27th from 12 - 3pm at Hemphill Library, we need to:
- catalog the art and literature entries
- label them
- hang them or place them in cases
Would you be willing to help with this? You do not need to be participating in
the fair to volunteer.
We will be working with tacks, hammers, nails, staples, Sharpies, and
potentially fragile art pieces. Children who can be around these things safely
are welcome. My 2 elementary-aged kids will be there.
That is the deadline for submissions, so if you are participating, you might be
at the library anyway. 😊
If you are interested in helping but Monday won't work for you, let me know. We
may need to come back another day to finish.
