version in attachment. The need for a new approach is generated by the collapse
of the old ideologies on both sides, which for 70 years have not brought any
peace but only put them and the world to the brink of nuclear catastrophe. Do
you agree with this fact obvious to all?
Putin rightly said recently that Americans do not like discussions, they like
to dictate. Could you refute this by your example through publication of other
position? Thank you.
