Notre monde en ce troisième millénaire engagé = aurait tort de sombrer dans
le positivisme scientifique sans un accompagnement éthique et moral provoqué
par une capacité dintrospection créatrice de paix et dharmonie, et un
regard critique nourri par une philosophie inductive interrogeant le sens de
nos existence leur direction vers quel but et moyens ?
Certes, il faudrait entendre et prendre en compte les travaux de chercheurs
pour la paix comme GALTUNG, SEMASHKO, KAHAN, et tant dautres, dont celui
adressé aux Etats-Unis et à la Russie. Cependant, cest chaque citoyen qui
doit se forger par une fonction critique de la philosophie son autonomie
citoyenne du jugement.
Nous avons besoin avec la science dentendre : lappel de puissances
spirituelles de forces de lesprit comme le sont par exemple le Pape
FRANCOIS, les bouddhistes comme Daisaku IKEDA et le Dalaï LAMA, et dautres
représentants religieux engagés au service de lhumain des différentes
religions.
Lexemple actuel de la situation en Syrie nous démontre la vanité de penser
que la puissance économique, militaire et scientifique nous rend plus
humains, et nous dispense de réflexions éthiques et spirituelles.
ALEP en Syrie, est certes devenue une ville martyre : chaque jour :
vieillards, enfants, femmes de la population meurent avec les combattants..
Des hôpitaux sont endommagés ou détruits !
ALEP : est une ville symbolique et stratégique représentative des intérêts
opposés : le régime de Bachar El ASSAD, est soutenu par les bombardements
aériens massifs de la Russie et par LIran qui encadre directement et
indirectement les forces terrestres y compris par des troupes délite. Pour
lopposition au régime : les armes en sa possession sont plus légères
livrées pour beaucoup par lArabie Saoudite et le Qatar avec le soutien des
Etats-Unis, et il y avait le soutien turc, mais ce pays se rapproche de
Moscou dont laide se réduira.
Les atermoiements, inactions, renvois de responsabilité entre les grandes
puissances occidentales et de leurs alliés arabe font la part belle aux
groupes extrémistes : le Front FATAH AL CHAM= nouvelle appellation du front
AL NURSA, la branche syrienne dAL QAIDA.
Cependant avec ALEP, il faudrait parler de DOUMA la capitale de la Ghouta,
la banlieue agricole de lest de Damas également martyrisés.
Les combattants qui combattent Bachar appartiennent à des factions diverses
ce qui complique la situation : brigades nationaliste, islamiste modérée ou
salafiste, de conception socialiste autre que celle antérieure propagée par
lancienne URSS.
Ainsi les intérêts géopolitique et économique passent avant la conception
universelle du respect de la dignité de la vie, de toute existence.
Arrêter de dialoguer avec Vladimir POUTINE et la Russie est une erreur.
Celui-ci, veut un retour de son pays comme puissance internationale majeure
: le vouer au pilori, le présenter comme le grand Satan, ne peut que le
renforcer et regrouper son pays autour de lui. Le dialogue est nécessaire,
ceci, car léchec renvoie aux responsabilités de chacun ou de celui qui le
refuse .Les Etats-Unis doivent reprendre le dialogue avec Moscou.
Ensuite, il faut arrêter cette image de guerre idéologique comme quoi les
bons sont toujours du même côté, et les mauvais de lautre !
Les Etats-Unis : ne doivent pas oublier que leurs mensonges à propos de
armes de destruction massive en Irak, leurs interventions militaires en
Irak, en Afghanistan
A un moment donné, ce qui a été cité, et leur
passivité ou bienveillance à légard des frères Musulman ont contribué à
léclosion de Daech, comme leur soutien ou passivité par rapport à la
politique colonialiste actuelle de LEtat dIsraël en Cisjordanie alimente
les tensions et le sentiment dinjustice.
Or Israël comme les palestiniens ont besoin de paix, de frontières
sécurisées et de respect mutuel. Que chacun fasse preuve dhumilité et
dhumanité :certes, lurgence nest pas à la culpabilisation stérile, mais à
laction lucide et responsable pour sauver des vies.

citizen who must forge himself by a function criticizes philosophy his

We need with science to hear: the call of spiritual powers of forces of the
