Neville,
I wanted to add some comments and additional references on the Hebrew
word Chag. This word is Strongs number 2282. It is derived from
Chagag, Strongs 2287. The root means moving in a circle and it is used
as marching in a sacred procession, observing a festival, or by
implication to be giddy. Chag means festival or sacrificial victim. I
use KJV with Strongs reference numbers.

Exodus 23: 14-16 shows that these are the three pilgrimage feasts:

Exo 23:14 Three7969 times7272 thou shalt keep a feast2287 unto me in the
year.8141

Exo 23:15 Thou shalt keep8104 (853) the feast2282 of unleavened bread:4682
(thou shalt eat398 unleavened bread4682 seven7651 days,3117 as834 I
commanded6680 thee, in the time appointed4150 of the month2320 Abib;24 for3588
in it thou camest out3318 from Egypt:4480, 4714 and none3808 shall appear7200
before6440 me empty:)7387

Exo 23:16 And the feast2282 of harvest,7105 the firstfruits1061 of thy
labors,4639 which834 thou hast sown2232 in the field:7704 and the feast2282 of
ingathering,614 which is in the end3318 of the year,8141 when thou hast
gathered in622 (853) thy labors4639 out of4480 the field.7704

This included the first celebration of Unleavened Bread at the Exodus:

Exo 5:1 And afterward310 Moses4872 and Aaron175 went in,935 and told559,
413 Pharaoh,6547 Thus3541 saith559 the LORD3068 God430 of Israel,3478
Let (853) my people5971 go,7971 that they may hold a feast2287 unto me
in the wilderness.4057

Exo 10:9 And Moses4872 said,559 We will go1980 with our young5288 and with our
old,2205 with our sons1121 and with our daughters,1323 with our flocks6629 and
with our herds1241 will we go;1980 for3588 we must hold a feast2282 unto the
LORD.3068

All the 5o-plus references appear to reference these three pilgimage feasts,
with the following exception. Here Jeroboam initiated a counterfeit
Tabernacles feast on the fifteenth day of the eighth month.

1Ki 12:32 And Jeroboam3379 ordained6213 a feast2282 in the eighth8066
month,2320 on the fifteenth2568, 6240 day3117 of the month,2320 like unto the
feast2282 that834 is in Judah,3063 and he offered5927 upon5921 the altar.4196
So3651 did6213 he in Bethel,1008 sacrificing2076 unto the calves5695 that834 he
had made:6213 and he placed5975 in Bethel1008 (853) the priests3548 of the high
places1116 which834 he had made.6213

Another Scripture that caught my attention today was a time described in 2
Chronicles 30 where Unleavened Bread was held in the second month rather than
the first month because the priests had not sanctified themselves by the first
month. Passover was on the fourteenth, followed by the seven day feast, and
then another seven days, for good measure. Again, I don't think that we are
dealing with two kinds of weeks here, the week of the feast and another seven
day week independent of the moon that most likely would not have overlapped.
Rather, I understand that they celebrated the entire second and third weeks of
this second lunar month.

2Ch 30:21 And the children1121 of Israel3478 that were present4672 at
Jerusalem3389 kept6213 (853) the feast2282 of unleavened bread4682 seven7651
days3117 with great1419 gladness:8057 and the Levites3881 and the priests3548
praised1984 the LORD3068 day3117 by day,3117 singing with loud5797
instruments3627 unto the LORD.3068

Finally, the reference that I used in the previous posts refers specifically to
the Chag.

Num 28:17 And in the fifteenth2568, 6240 day3117 of this2088 month2320 is the
feast:2282 seven7651 days3117 shall unleavened bread4682 be eaten.398

P.S.

There appears to be a Chag in the future for the world:

Zec 14:16 And it shall come to pass,1961 that every one3605 that is left3498
of all4480, 3605 the nations1471 which came935 against5921 Jerusalem3389 shall
even go up5927 from4480, 1767 year8141 to year8141 to worship7812 the King,4428
the LORD3068 of hosts,6635 and to keep2287 (853) the feast2282 of
tabernacles.5521
