  Bernie,
There is zero proof that the Earth is tilted at any angle. It's all based on
the observation-denying "science" which tells the world that the Earth is
rotating on an "axis" and orbiting the sun. This "science"--as it turns
out--is all connected to the Big Bang Paradigm of 15 billion years of evolution
which has its concept for concept roots in the Kabbala of the Pharisee
religion. It might be a good idea to check all that out before embracing other
explanations for historically known climate changes not based on the acceptance
of billions of years of evolutionism.
Earthquakes and volcanic activity have always gone on. Only very recently
have they been intensely monitored and reported globally. Moreover, the Bible
says there will be heightened activity like this, so, if there is an actual
increase, why not attribute it to the Biblical forecast instead of the Earth
flopping over another alleged twenty-some degrees? MH
