Geostationary satellites paper updated.

The three main alterations are:

i)   The classical meaning of 'geocentric' has been adopted, such that the secular astronomy meaning is no longer used.

ii)  The secular meanings of 'geostationary' and 'geosynchronous', as they apply to satellites, have, however, now been embraced for accuracy and clarity.

iii) Some initial work has been done on the properties of the aether.

This means that the title of the paper has slightly changed to that shown in the subject line of this posting (Bernie, please take note and adjust your web page accordingly).
