"All cache owners with existing caches on Kentucky State Park (KSP) and
Kentucky State Nature Preserve Commission (KSNPC) land need to contact the
appropriate land manager about their caches. In the case of caches on KSNPC
managed land, all physical cache will have to be removed (they may be
replaced with virtual caches). On KSP land, some may have to be moved. But
the cache owner will have to contact someone."
