[GeoStL] question about TB

I ran across a TB that was wanting to goto Roswell, NM--I was not going
but a family member was headed to Albuquerque and he is not a Geocacher
.. would it be not right to have sent it with. I did not do it. He
said that he would have been happy to place it in a cache in NM.
