[GeoStL] cache approval questions...

May I suggest when *any* of the cache approvers asks for additional
information about your brand new spiffy cache, it would be a real good idea
to answer the questions. To do anything else will greatly delay the cache
approval process.
So, rather than answer the requested questions, a real cool new local
cache will not get approved tonight. Maybe tomorrow, I need to look at
other things now.
