- I had to email Barbara Mikkelson of the Snopes.com page. I was disappointed to see her own sight being somewhat misleading. I would have bet anything that this would have been labeled a "sorta" and NOT a true. While it IS a photograph called "eye of God" and the email says "This is a picture of "the Eye of God."" The "true" stops there. It's a compilation -- therefore, even by snopes own definitions should , at the best, get a "sorta" and an explanation. I'm a little disappointed in Snopes on this one. I'm a long-time Urban Legends list (moderated by Barbara and David -aka Snopes - Mikkelson) member and they, and the list, are usually much more picky than that. I can't wait to hear what she has to say!
