Michael. Actually I did a Locationless cache up in Canada that belonged to a 
guy in Delaware. My god, does that warrant a souvenir. Shows me just how much

I haven’t figured out how you earn these souvenirs. I received one for 
Delaware. It is one of three states that I have not cached in. What gives?
