- I'm glad to see that SLAGA has finally decided to ask for dues. We have talked about it long enough without doing anything. I have belonged to many organizations in my days, but I can't recall of a single one that didn't charge dues. I paid mine a few days ago and I'm quite sure that it will be put to good use. Begging for contributions is not the way to go to sustain our great club. Bernie. It is your choice as to whether or not you want to be a Contributing member and pay annual dues. Paying dues replaces us begging for donations when the bank account is low.
