They seem to be the self appointed cache police that dosnt have the hair on
their ass to sign on with their real geoname or email address. Other than
that, i dont know.

WOW ! I am glad that someone has visited my only personal cache ... Sheba. I'd hate to get one archived before I had a chance to respond to it. How is that happening? Surely "SuperDuper" didn't try visit all of those caches.
I thought people temporarily disabled caches for their own reasons ... like it got wet or the place was closed for the season or the cold season or whatever. If it is clearly marked why would anyone care?
