[GeoStL] Problems logging a Jeep TB

I picked up a jeep TB in Jefferson City yesturday & I can not log it.    Jeep 
4x4 #4491 (Jeep 4x4 Travel Bug)  I have used the number is says to but, no 
luck. I have also used the number on the TB tag as well as the number on the 
bottom of the jeep & every time it keeps saying "no match" What the heck?
