I would think that if it is the provider that it would block all of
them. I wonder if he isn't getting them at all, or he gets them, but
the unzip program is having a problem with the file that is shipped. What unzip program are you using? It could be that it is an older version and cannot handle some of the things in the version that GC uses to create the zip. I'd say get yourself a free yahoo or gmail account and send your pocket queries there. In the PQ setup page there is an option to send them to an alternate email address.
