[GeoStL] PDAs

Did some searching about PDAs on the newsgroup and found there are a few people 
that us them. I noticed the recommendation of  the cheaper the better (thus if 
you break it, your not out a lot). Is there a preference over OS? I see that 
they make programs for both the PALM and PocketPC 2002/2003.
