[GeoStL] Old caches can move??

It looks like really old caches can still move around like they used too. Here is a moving cache that has made it;s way into Missouri.

Distance From Old: 86291.8 feet, which is a little more then the 300 feet that newer caches can move. Interesting. I wonder why our two record setting moving caches had to be archived? Grrrr. glenn
