[GeoStL] New cache

I placed a new cache on Sunday at the park on Culp Lane in Bethalto. It is
called Megan's Micro (GCNPTA). I took some of the concerns that have been
voiced here and made sure I placed it away from the area that the kids are
playing at, so everyone (those with and without kids) should be able to hunt
this cache without looking suspicious.
