- Thanks to all that had some input on my problem. I called SBC this morning to cancel my service. The lady at SBC talked me out of it and said I should get a technician to come over and check things out. Free of charge. Reluctantly I accepted and a tech came over a few hours later. Now I'm getting about 1.3M. Them lousy so and so's could have fixed me up a year ago if they wanted to.
