I need to have a small 4x6 foot deck built and the skirting redone on a mobile home. Normally this would be about $800 to 1000.00. There is a guy here (husband of the manager) that is giving special deals to folks that live here just cause he's such a nice guy. For $1900.00 he can do it. NOT...
So, if anyone does this sort of thing and can do it at somewhat of a reasonable rate, pop me a note, I have some work for ya.
