[GeoStL] NGR: mapquest problem

Recent attempts to use Mapquest (NGR) result in loss of connectivity to 
my server affecting my Safari, Explorer and email.  The message from 
Mapquest shows it loads 29 of 30 portions of the page, then gets hung 
up.  Any suggestions on what might be the problem?  Any suggestions on 
another address mapping website to use?
