[GeoStL] NGR: Legal Music Downloading

Can anyone recommend good places to legally download music?
I have many full CD's I can legaly convert to MP3 for my personal use, but
was curious if anyone was fond of any certain legal download locations to
obtain single songs either through a monthly subscription or per song download
cost. I'm not looking to be download happy but hate to buy a whole CD for one
or two songs.
