Had a great time in KS, although didn't meet any Geocacher.
I did 4 caches in the overland area, it is funny how there is so many little
"parks" inside a subdivision.
Did meet a local at Home Sweet Home" (GCGFDX). It is a funny story.
I was looking for the cache, and wasn't able to find it...yeah I know big
surprise J
As I was looking, a woman walking her dog passed me and as I was ready to
leave with a "no find", she asked if I was looking for something and if I was a
geo-cacher..I said YES.
She quickly pointed to the cache, and mentioned that she has seen it been
there for at least one year, she also checked out the website. I guess people
do read the "geocaching" info we leave on the caches. She asked me a couple
questions about how much a GPS cost, hopefully we will have a new geocacher
soon in KS...
