[GeoStL] Latitude and longitude

Trying to explain this to a 6 yr old. Now isn't THAT fun??? HA.
I googled and found these two websites. With some of the discussions on list
lately about degrees, minutes and seconds, I found this first website gives a
pretty good explanation -- also gets into explanation of time. Sort of brought
back a few things from that astronomy class I had 20cough cough years ago ..
(the one where the instructor was able to teach for three hours without books,
notes, overheads, etc... and could do all of the math "in his head")
