Yes, drinks are included. Since I have to get all the other stuff, including
the ice, I will buy the sodas and put them on ice. Club will furnish soda,
water, dogs, tea bags, hot chocolate, but not coffee.
Once you get there, I will not tell you where to go. Splitting up is fine.

Are drinks included? I can grab a case of soda (Coke or Pepsi would
suffice?) on the way.
Also, since there are 30 of us, are we planning on splitting up and going
separate directions, or are we going to go as one large group?
