Hi Sarah,

If you have a Premium Membership the easiest way to do this is to create 
a Pocket Query. Go to your My Cache Page. At the top of the page is a 
link to run pocket queries. Create the query to return the caches you 
want. Before you select a day to run it on create the query and then run 
the query after it is created. If it gives you the right caches then 
select a day or days you want it to run.

If you have a specific list of caches you can add them to your watch 
list and create a query that includes your watched caches.
