My son Jon and another student participated in the
event at the request of the Sciece teacher Mr. Day who
is part of the geocaching family 3DayWeekend....They
were so excited though from what one of the judges
told my son they were tied for 1st place and by using
some unknown criteria they were given 2nd. Jon is
proud of the medal and it looks like geocaching might
be one of the permanent competitions next year :-)
