- I know that several of us here are moving right along with our geetar lessons and soon we will be fingerpicking masters. Here is a free lesson. It comes from the middle of a concert that was done here in St. Louis at the Sheldon auditorium. The concert was recorded in 2001 and is available on DVD. It is also on u-tube. :-) This lesson is in part 5 there are something like 12 parts to the concert altogether. Of course I downloaded all 12 parts and it was a good concert and right now he ms my inspiration to keep at it. I am interested in knowing how everyone is coming along with yer picking. I have figured out how to tune and hole the geetar. As long as there is real loud music it sort of looks like I can actually play it! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4UokvxzbIFc&feature=related or http://tinyurl.com/blxxqq After the lesson, part 6 starts off with a tune that uses what he just taught us. Easy peeasy.
