MVOR is Missouri Valley Ozark Region of the National Speleological
Society. This is the state caving organization. They hold a meeting
every 6 months where they cave, camp and generally party a bit too much.
I go because I love to cave and during MVOR you can get into many caves
that are normally off-limits to the public.

I did a lot of caving when I was in college, mostly in New York state. 
That was 30 years ago.  Some but not a lot since then.  Middle age
spread doesn't help.
