Subject: [GeoStL] Car TBs
Question for those in the know.
Saw a couple of cars at the spring picnic with magnetic TBs on the back. I
took the number down so I could discover them.
My question is: are they for the "taking" to put on my car to move like a
regular TB?
Also saw one the a window. Think it was on the inside so I assume that one
could not be moved unless I broke into the car. Correct?
