Good point. I did a cache in Arkansas that was located on the property of a
commercial cave and placed with permission from the owner. That was stated
on the cache page. Coming back out of the woods I met a park employee who
asked what I was doing back there. I showed him the sheet and explained
caching to him, He had never heard of it and no one mentioned people would
be going back there. Communication between department, and even employees,
seems to be what's lacking.

I think we all should look hard at caches we have placed and see if there is
any potential of it being mistaken as a bomb or something illegal. The old
days of under a road or on a park caboose are gone, I think. I'm sure we've
all found caches that we look back on and think "wow, I'm surprised they
would place a cache there".
