[GeoStL] Bison Tube to Picnic?

I know this is short notice, but I'm sure someone in the geocaching
community can help me on this one.

I need a bison tube to repair Hook 'em Up so people can find it at
today's picnic.  I thought I had one in reserves, but I can't seem to
find it.

If someone has a spare (waterproof) bison tube with a eyehole on top
to allow something to be threaded, could you bring it to the picnic
and find me, please?  I'll be wearing a green Dr Pepper hat.  I will
pay for it, just give me a fair price.

In return, you can come with me and watch me replace it -- an easy log!
