Although the fog was relentless, nothing could dampen the spirits of those that
attended this yearâ??s Slurpinâ?? Soup and Watchinâ?? Eagles event. Cachers
from Iowa, central, eastern and southern Illinois as well as many far flung
Missouri locations navigated the foggy roads to enjoy the festivities at the
Village Of The Blue Rose. On behalf of the residents, staff and volunteers, I
would like to THANK everyone that participated for their ATTENDANCE and
GENEROSITY.
