I quit on March 10th 1991. I have no idea how poor I would be, physically and
financially, if I would have continued..

I quit cold turkey as well and I can tell you, I was a real BEAR to be around
for a while..

Congrats Jim! I know what a great accomplishment it is.. You should celebrate
by caching!!

I quit smoking 11 years ago on April 8, 1993, when I was smoking about 3
packs a day. Somehow or other I went cold turkey, never have wanted to ever
since. I just figured that at $3.00 a pack, I would've spent $36,135. And that
I would've smoked 240,900 cigarettes at that rate. I sure don't miss them.
Makes me feel like taking a hike, maybe Buford Mountain.
