Sally, you made me think when you spoke about the Soc. Dev. Director's cell
number: shouldn't we develop a databace of important names and telephone
numbers etc. to ensure that we don't lose important leads when one of us go
away or such like?

Having so many email threads is become rather difficult to follow. Can
we setup a structure that uses the subject to group these mails into
their respective departments/categories etc.

Where for instance this thread handles policies and procedures and
anything relating to this will be replied to on this.

Further subjects.

BUSINESS PLAN
FINANCE
COMPANY NAME AND REGISTRATION
FUNDING
HUMAN RESOURCES (Anything relating to acquiring staff)

Should a new subject be required we come to agreement by communicating
it on this thread, the same goes for all other matters that fall under
this subject.

If we are in agreement on doing it this way, I will send out a blank
message for each of the above subjects.

Please all revert back to me on this, so we can get our ducks in a row
and not risk missing communications as I've seen happen a couple
times.
