I remember in older games at least like Troop 1.6 the key was saved
even when the prog was uninstalled as long as Windows hadn't been
reinstalled. Your key should work but even if it doesn't its worth a
shot and if by reregistering you mean when you put your name, E-mail,
country etc into the game for posting scores yes you'll have to do that again.
