[GameTalk] pipe 2

Hi all. I've just bought pipe 2 and am a first time player. Am really
enjoying it. I notice you need to be quick on the tool boxes will it get
easier the more practice I have at unlocking them.
Also I've noticed when your fighting the thugs while fixing pipes is it
better to use your fists rather than the gun?
