Good morning,
Library systems are required to submit a service plan to the Division
every fall. One of the requirements is that both member libraries and
other types of libraries in the system area have an opportunity to see
and comment on the plan before it's submitted.
The draft 2017 OWLS plan and budget have been posted at

Please let me know if you have any questions or comments. I will be
sharing these with the OWLS board at the September 15 meeting.

P.S. Because of the board meeting schedule, we have significantly less
time to submit this plan than last year. We will accept comments
submitted after the September 15 meeting and submit a revised system
plan if necessary.
