[Bug] b15 pv34: Word Wrap bug at 200% size

I found this issue on Microsoft Windows:
1. Start FTC
2. Maximize Window
3. Scale to 200%
4. Go to last image on page and set cursor with mouse to centered text below
that image saying "Figure 2" at position after "Fi" (= Fi|gure 2). Start typing
text
5. Bug: After a word wrap the cursor is not set correctly
